These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.gulfcvwriters.com and www.gulfcvwriters.ae, as well as all related services, including CV/resume writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and job portal SEO optimization (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
1. Company Information
Gulf CV Writers is an MSME-registered business in India, currently operating under MSME certification and in the process of registering as a proprietorship with GST compliance. We officially launched our Gulf operations on November 1, 2025, providing professional resume writing and personal branding services across the UAE and GCC region.

2. Use of Services
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information for us to deliver your order effectively.
- Gulf CV Writers reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that violates our policies or involves fraudulent information.
3. Payments and Pricing
- All service prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
- We process payments through secure, trusted payment partners such as CCAvenue, Tabby, & Other trusted platforms.
- Full payment is required before we begin work on any order.
- Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- All express delivery services (48 hours, 24 hours, and 8 hours) are chargeable add-ons and non-refundable once initiated.
Gulf CV Writers reserves the right to revise pricing, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice.
4. Delivery Timeline
Our standard delivery time is 4 – 5 working days. Clients may select faster, paid options:
- Express Delivery: 48 hours
- Rapid Delivery: 24 hours
- Elite Delivery: 8 hours
Delivery time begins only after receiving full payment and all required client details. Delays in sharing information may extend timelines.
5. Revisions and Modifications
- We offer free revisions until the client is fully satisfied, starting from the date the first draft is delivered.
- Revisions are limited to the original project scope. Changes in career field, position, or structure after delivery may incur additional charges.
All revision requests must be communicated via email or WhatsApp within the agreed service window.
6. Refund Policy
- No refunds are issued once writing work has started.
- Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by the client’s inaction, incomplete data, or communication gaps.
All payments are final and non-transferable to other services.
7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
- Gulf CV Writers respects your privacy and ensures all personal data, including career history and contact details, is securely stored on our internal CRM and email marketing system.
- We may use client information to send career tips, exclusive offers, and service updates, but we never sell or share personal data with third parties.
- Clients can opt out of promotional communications at any time.
- All payment transactions are encrypted and processed via secure PCI-DSS–compliant gateways.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Once full payment is received, all final CVs, cover letters, and related documents become the client’s property.
- Gulf CV Writers may retain anonymized versions for internal portfolio use or quality improvement, but will never disclose identifiable personal data.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our templates, sample CVs, or website content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Gulf CV Writers provides professional writing and branding services, but cannot guarantee specific job offers, interview outcomes, or employment results.
- We are not liable for losses arising from third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf) or employer-related factors.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the purchased service.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
- Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution via written communication.
11. Communication and Support

- Our working hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST), from Monday to Sunday.
We aim to respond to all client inquiries within 30 minutes during business hours.
12. Service Modifications
Gulf CV Writers reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service or these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website or services immediately.
