By placing an order or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
All services offered by Gulf CV Writers require 100% upfront payment before any work begins. Once your payment is successfully processed, your order is assigned to our writing team, and the project officially begins.
All prices displayed on our website are clearly mentioned in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), based on the selected package. We have partnered with secure payment gateways such as CCAvenue and Tabby to process payments safely and efficiently.
If you are making a payment from outside the UAE, please note that currency conversion (from your local currency to AED) may be handled automatically by your bank or payment provider. Gulf CV Writers is not responsible for any conversion rate differences or international transaction fees applied by your financial institution.

All sales are final once payment has been made. We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed, as the writing process begins immediately after payment confirmation.
If you have any concerns or wish to make changes to your service package before work starts, please contact us immediately at hi@gulfcvwriters.ae within one hour of payment. Any requests received beyond that timeframe may not be accommodated.
We maintain a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced.

Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances where the delay is caused by Gulf CV Writers and exceeds the agreed delivery timeline before submitting the first draft.
If a delay occurs due to a technical glitch, system downtime, or an unavoidable operational issue, we will immediately inform the client. In such rare cases, if the client disagrees with the revised delivery schedule, a full refund may be processed, provided that the first draft has not yet been delivered.
Once the first draft of any deliverable is submitted to the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Our standard delivery time is 4 to 5working days, starting from the date we receive all required career details and payment confirmation.
